“Over the last 4.5 years of being a member at Graham Strength and Conditioning, the nutrition coaches have kept me on track through multiple obstacles life has thrown at me including a back injury (3 herniated disc from a car accident in Oct 2018), partially torn shoulder(partially torn labrum from being hit by car on my triathlon bike Nov 2019), overcoming Covid twice (2020 and 2021), and other health conditions involving not only physical health but mental health also. On any given day, I could have given up completely but they wouldn’t allow it and helped me achieve several goals including but not limited to completing a 1/2 Ironman triathlon, making podium in several CrossFit competitions, and now helping me cut body fat in prep for a wedding that I am in. I love working with these coaches! They are some of the greatest people I know!In 2023, I went from 32% body fat down to 24% body fat! Now aiming to break into the 23% range in the next 2 months which will be the lowest I’ve ever been at. Couldn’t do it without GSC!”
