“I drove really far just to come to this AT&T store, and it was 100% worth it. From the moment I walked in, the whole team was amazing. I worked with Alex, and he was honestly the best!! super knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy to understand without rushing me at all. Cam was also great and very welcoming, and you can tell the store is run well because the manager, Matt, clearly leads a solid team. The customer service here is on another level compared to other stores I’ve been to. I’d absolutely make the drive again and highly recommend this location to anyone.”

“Yesterday, we were out on the boat. Unfortunately, my phone was dropped in the ocean (bye-bye). We went to Spectrum to switch service from T-Mobile, since I was forced to by a new phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max). T-Mobile was not easy to work with (how many times must I tell them "my phone is at the bottom of the ocean) in porting over my number. Stephanie Kahn was absolutely amazing - kind, patient, informative, and went above and beyond to make the transition easier. Therefore we walked out with two phones instead of one.
