“Matthew and the team are just the best. I'm used to fairly robotic or even depressing transactions with pharmacy staff, and we actually got to have a little chuckle. What a character! We got there pretty close to closing time on a Sunday, and it was done in 20 minutes. If that wasn't enough by itself, I turn around and this guy is no longer behind the counter he's out helping an elderly man pick out a hearing aide. Pretty sure that's not in his job description but the man needed help.
Management should take note, this is a team you keep together. They clearly work well together and the customer service is excellent. :)”

“Today i had the greatest of experiences at the deli! Publix discontinued some items and changed their hotcase times here to close the case at 7pm. Even with the case down and counts already made this wonderful lady by the name of Beverley went so above and beyond of what anyone would expect! She stopped what she was doing to go on a hunt for and with me for an item i needed for our supper and found the perfect size and flavor we needed. Even had to get to the very top of shelves to find it. When i say greatest experience at Publix Im not joking one bit. Beverly and the whole deli team were magnificent. But Miss Beverley was just superb! Her laugh was contagious, smile infectious and her overall attitude was a pure blessing. I would come back to this store over and over just to say hello and thank you to this best employee this store has. I truly hope her managers realize how great an employee she is. Thank God there are nice people like Beverly in the world today”

“It's a supermarket. Clean and well lit. Prices are on the high side just like everywhere else. Most of the staff is friendly. Their strong point is their free app in which you can download digital coupons. There's always a free treat to download like an itsy bag of Tate's cookies or a chocolate turtle bar or Mick's protein bar. On your birthday you get a big treat like half a gallon of ice cream or a cake, both value over $5 which is a nice treat.”
