“I am so impressed with the Deli manager...I had an issue with some platters and I contacted him.. I received an email stating on my next visit to the store they would refund me. I was given a refund with no issues and when I walked into the store to talk to him about it he knew exactly what the order was and what the issue was without me giving him too much info. I have never had any issues with anything I have ordered before. This interaction is why I will continue to do all my shopping at publix.. “Today i had the greatest of experiences at the deli! Publix discontinued some items and changed their hotcase times here to close the case at 7pm. Even with the case down and counts already made this wonderful lady by the name of Beverley went so above and beyond of what anyone would expect! She stopped what she was doing to go on a hunt for and with me for an item i needed for our supper and found the perfect size and flavor we needed. Even had to get to the very top of shelves to find it. When i say greatest experience at Publix Im not joking one bit. Beverly and the whole deli team were magnificent. But Miss Beverley was just superb! Her laugh was contagious, smile infectious and her overall attitude was a pure blessing. I would come back to this store over and over just to say hello and thank you to this best employee this store has. I truly hope her managers realize how great an employee she is. Thank God there are nice people like Beverly in the world today”

“The staff here is usually friendly and helpful, however, with the rearranging of everything in the store...even the staff is lost on finding items. I used to love being able to go in, get what I need and be on my way. That's why I "used to" enjoy shopping in the market. Now, I dread going there! It's horrible trying to find items that I need and takes three times as long to find them! I used to go in at least once a week. Now maybe once a month.. if at all! Change isn't always better!!! I prefer to shop where I can find what I need easily! I've found a different store where things are easily accessible and actually priced lower!”
