She not only acknowledged our presence but took the time to listen to our needs and assist us in finding the perfect shoes. Despite the store being busy, Melissa went above and beyond by also helping other customers while ensuring we had everything we needed. But the exceptional service didn't end there. When we proceeded to check out, a young man named Manny, noticed my son-in-law's condition and went the extra mile by providing an additional discount without even mentioning it.
