“I recently had a new set of tires put on my car and just yesterday came into this Goodyear store for an oil change. Both visits I was able to have service the same day!! Mary, the owner, is so knowledgeable and extremely efficient in picking out the best tires for my vehicle at the lowest price possible. She also explained, in laymen's terms, exactly when oil should be changed depending on the type of oil in your car. I especially appreciated Mary's diligence in protecting my health (since I haven't been vaccinated yet) by requiring masks and providing masks for customers who have forgotten that it is the courteous thing to do for the public. I have not found another auto service center to meet this Goodyear shop's excellent service and prices. Thank youMary and staff!!!”
“I had a nail in my tire this afternoon and was an hour from home. J and the crew were able to get me in right away and have the tire plugged in about 20 minutes. (It was a real surprise since the oil and tire place down the road told me they couldn’t get me in until the morning.) I am grateful! Thank you!!”

“Great tire/auto shop! Very responsive and welcoming. Also very informative on what's going on and ensure you're aware of what is suggested and why. I will also mention how accommodating they were when I needed to add a service despite me not mentioning it when I originally scheduled. The price is reasonable, you get what you pay for which is quality work. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like other places can make you feel.”
“Had a nail in my tire this morning and brought it in bracing myself for likely having to buy two expensive new tires. Instead the manager Charlie O. was super helpful and honest and told me they could patch it and have me wrapped up within 45 minutes so I could make it back to work in time for an important meeting. Repair only cost $34! When I need all new tires-which I will in next year-I’m definitely going to this tires Plus! Thank you!”

“Best service every time. There are such nice people working at ABC New Port Richey, and they are honest. I went in with what I thought was a leak. No clue how the air escaped, but no leak was found. The guy helping me took his time and let me know that there wasn’t anything that needed to be done. He filled it extra just in case there was a small leak, but it’s holding up great. I also had my front tires looked at because I knew they were bad, but didn’t realize how bad..he advised me it would be best to change one because it was almost bald, but the other still had some run left. He was able to get that one switched out and now my vehicle is rolling smoothly! Thanks so much for the positive attitudes, great prices and dependable service.”

“Excellent customer service, with super quick service. I went in with a flat tire. It was determined that the sidewall was punctured, and my tire needed to be replaced. My tire was replaced new quickly at a fair price all in about 15 minutes. I was expecting to wait hours at a traditional tire shop.”

Another place told me I needed a radiator flush and the man who helped me here (I’m so sorry I can’t remember if his name was Joe or John) was completely upfront and honest with me. He took the time to show me the fluid test results and confirmed I did not in fact need a radiator flush at only 41,000 miles. He was transparent and super helpful.
He easily could have tacked on that service and instead he was kind, upfront, and informative.
Definitely making this my go to mechanic. Great experience!”
