“Tire warning light came on last night and I went this morning to Mavis and had them check it out. The mechanic was very friendly and checked all the tires and filled the one that low in air. Asked what it cost and did not charge me anything. I did not get his name but would like to give him and Mavis a 5 rating. Happy Thanksgiving.”

“I recently had a new set of tires put on my car and just yesterday came into this Goodyear store for an oil change. Both visits I was able to have service the same day!! Mary, the owner, is so knowledgeable and extremely efficient in picking out the best tires for my vehicle at the lowest price possible. She also explained, in laymen's terms, exactly when oil should be changed depending on the type of oil in your car. I especially appreciated Mary's diligence in protecting my health (since I haven't been vaccinated yet) by requiring masks and providing masks for customers who have forgotten that it is the courteous thing to do for the public. I have not found another auto service center to meet this Goodyear shop's excellent service and prices. Thank youMary and staff!!!”

I will also mention how accommodating they were when I needed to add a service despite me not mentioning it when I originally scheduled. The price is reasonable, you get what you pay for which is quality work. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like other places can make you feel.”
“I had a nail in my tire this afternoon and was an hour from home. J and the crew were able to get me in right away and have the tire plugged in about 20 minutes. (It was a real surprise since the oil and tire place down the road told me they couldn’t get me in until the morning.) I am grateful! Thank you!!”

“I wanted a couple tires and brought a couple tires , they installed what I asked for and even warned me about them being bigger possibly not fitting (went from 235/45r18 to 225/60r18).. but I wanted the bigger ones . They fit perfectly and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Would recommend this place for their good attitudes and quick service . Also, they are VERY competitive with their used tires prices . Highly recommend and will probably go back when I need new or summer tires put on. Thanks guys”

Another place told me I needed a radiator flush and the man who helped me here (I’m so sorry I can’t remember if his name was Joe or John) was completely upfront and honest with me. He took the time to show me the fluid test results and confirmed I did not in fact need a radiator flush at only 41,000 miles. He was transparent and super helpful.
He easily could have tacked on that service and instead he was kind, upfront, and informative.
Definitely making this my go to mechanic. Great experience!”
