He spent about a half hour on it and made it right without installing any parts.i was sold right then and there. Every single time I go to that shop doesn't matter what you need done I never ask how much and have always been treated fair and never had to return for something that wasn't done correctly in 30 YEARS . “THANK YOU! Five -- wait, no, SIX stars for utterly outstanding service.Computer didn't have appt made online after hours (later got email confirmation of appt), still took us in as a walk-in for tire repair on Sat a.m. despite having two mechanics out sick. Got to the work in half the time they promised, discovered a mistake Discount Tires in Gainesville made (a really stupid, stupid mistake on a brand-new set of tires purchased a week before, less than 300 miles on them) and charged a minimal fee for the fix. (I really did ask if they were certain about the charge.)As for how they treat their customers: We were out-of-towners stranded overnight and got impeccable treatment when they could have handled local customers first. I sat for an hour listening to their phone conversations, follow-up calls and interactions with live customers. Excellent, just excellent, all the way around.Firestone corporate should use these guys as a training model for how to run a business.So should Discount Tire. Thanks again.”
