“Spare tire was completely flat due to a leak. Was going on a long trip in a couple days. Went to this NSB location on an early Saturday as I had read good reviews about the place. Conner promptly got our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe into the shop. Tech identified problem and repaired it. Conner also gave me an honest assessment of the present condition of my tires. The kindness was furthered by not charging me anything for this service. Left very happy and will strongly consider for future services .”

As soon as we met Sarah and Mary, we knew we wanted Gerber to do the job. “I went in to get 2 rear tires replaced, I had accident 3 years ago it was on right front side , for years I've been saying something was wrong on that right side , it's not lining up proper so they took time on doing my wheel alignment and found out there's possibly sub frame is bent and didn't charge me for the wheel alignment they couldn't do it , there was no change for wheel alignment , they're honesty is why today I'm getting a new subframe put on my Dodge charger RT 2021 , shame on the shops that would not be honest with me when they couldn't actually perform a wheel alignment on my right side. It's been 3 years they're now looking into it and replacing it.all because one shop honesty , thank you all it very appreciate it and I do recommend this shop. They sell tires they're doing wheel alignments and they also do car repairs and truck repairs.”

“Ben Cutler, Service Advisor, saved my sanity this morning in his immediate response to have my car checked without an appointment!!!!! An oil lantern icon showing 0/0 percent popped up on my dashboard last night driving home in the dark and I thought, the next icon would be a damaged engine. I merely showed up in desperation to the Quick Lane lobby, was fourth in the morning line and Ben immediately took my keys walked out to my car then had the chief mechanic check to see what was wrong, a total of maybe 20 minutes.
He reiterated while assuring me that I should always come in to Mullinax Ford Quick Lane with any concerns as he helped me with complete and genuine kindness, an immediate and professional investigation!!!!

“I needed my car checked after an accident. I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. I drove to their site and they checked my car immediately. The damage was quite severe but they could do the work and have it ready by the end of the day. I needed to go to the hospital because my husband was a patient there. The owner agreed to drive me tto the hospital. En route we decided I needed a re ntal car. He stayed with me until the rental car transaction was complete and I was actually in the car. In addition, he or his son will help me get the rental dropped off when I pick up my car.The service I received was beyond what one would expect! I am very appreciative and highly recommend American Auto and Tire in New Smyrna Beach Florida.”
