In the customer service that we received back in 2021, the customer service that we received on the phone on this day was right on pointtell me exactly what I needed and even offering to assist me with any services that she could assist with. There is plenty of choices when you get there and an appointment is recommended only because they help you with the fitting and that is fantastic. My mother and I look forward to going to our next appointment once they receive the order from her physician”

“Great store. This is a secondhand store with an upscale emphasis. Some may call this a thrift store. Items are clean, organized, priced competitively in the clothing areas. Home accessories/decorative accents are just a little high but not horribly. Apparently they have a furniture department in a separate building but we didn't work hard enough to locate the building. We will return for sure. And, worth your stopping in. Hours posted outside on the easel Weds-Sat 10a-3p.”

“Wildside Shop is such a cool spot in New Smyrna Beach! I stopped by recently and had an amazing experience. Alexa helped me while I was in the store and she was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. She made the whole visit feel super easy and fun.

“My family spent 5 days in NSB for my birthday and that wasn’t the highlight of our stay…it was the great time we had with DeDe and Debbie! From the moment we entered the store, everyone felt the positive vibes. It was so good, everyone tried on clothing and had fun! We all got something to wear for my birthday dinner and took a group photo to commemorate the occasion. It’s on their FB page. We were invited back a couple of days later when the owners would be in town…we showed up coincidentally when they arrived. Another great time! We could see where the good vibes come from…bought more and vowed to visit again in the near future. Great curated fashion collections. A must stop when visiting NSB.”
