“I highly recommend this store to anyone. A few weeks ago, the wrong couch was delivered to me due to a misunderstanding. I thought resolving the issue would be difficult, but I was wrong. I called and spoke with a customer service representative named Tenisha. There was no back-and-forth or hassle. She immediately informed me that the correct couch would be ordered and arranged for it to be delivered when arrive. She was awesome! Thanks to her, the entire process was effortless. I hope this company keeps her. She is excellent with customers.
