Absolutely horrible service. Waited 90 minutes to get a vehicle and they said they don't take Apple cards even though I reserved with my Apple card online so I had to contact customer service online. From the time we went to the Hertz line to when we picked up the car it was well over 3 hours. What a great start to a vacation. We had the vehicle for 10 days and during that time I was driving through a tight alley way to get to our air bnb and the edge of the car scrapped the curbing (planter). Hertz inspected damages (it was a small scrape on the side of the door) and the return time was 2.5 hours at the return gate. We nearly missed our flight. They send me a bill in the mail a few months later for $1050 in damages post deductible. This includes a hefty $300 administrative fee (who knows what that is for) and $200 loss of service. The damages to the car where about $1,000 in repairs for a tiny side scratch on the car. Amazing how the administrative fees they tack on total to about $500. Months go by and I attempt to get a hold of their customer service department but all I get is answering machines and am put on repeated hold. I get a letter from their collection agency. I'm sure that's going to look great on my credit score. Anyways I just paid the debt off in full even though they never gave me a full cost breakdown and the customer service was absolutely horrible. I will not be doing business with them again.

No office and cannot actually pick up a car unless flying in, despite having a reservation. The hertz website doesn’t tell you this and lets you confirm reservation. Major waste of time.

Rented a car, for 3 days. returned it a day early. Full tank of gas and vacuumed it out. Get home go to check the receipt and there's a $400 extra damage fee... I did not damage the car at all. Now I cant even get ahold of anyone at this branch or its customer service line. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY.

Made multiple phone calls due to an error in an online reservation. They would not answer the phone, in spite of the fact they were open and eventually just picked up the phone and hung up on me for or five times. When someone finally answered the phone later that afternoon, he could not have acted more indifferent about my particular issue. Horrible customer service! The people at this facility need training.

My car suddenly broke down and this was the only rental place around that had a car ready to go and wasn't going to charge me more than the mechanic. I'll be using them again in the future, but hopefully not for a while.

They gave me a car that broke down on the side of the road. I called the NSB location to be told to call road side. I called road side assistance and was hung up on 2x. I waited 1 hour in a hot car until someone texted me. I was forced to walk to an enterprise rental store to get a car to continue my business. It’s the next day and I’m still waiting on roadside to contact me… DO NOT rent from Hertz!! This is a dumpster fire of a location and the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. I’d give them negative stars but it’s not an option.

This was my first time renting a car. I needed one for a 250 mile drive. The experience was traumatic. I had to pick it up at Ft. Myers, FL. International Airport. Signage was terrible. I could not find the Hertz line. Finally I found it and was informed that a 4.5 hr trip was going to cost me $478.00. Two hundred would be reimbursed in a day or two. It was much easier returning this car. I pray that I will never have to rent a car again.

People are scumbags.still have not got my deposit back almost two weeks later also got stuck with the rental for three days cause they do not mention to you anything about a over night drop off until you bring the car back
