“I absolutely love this Port Orange location! I have never had a negative experience there and the employees are always pleasant and helpful, but I MUST give a specific shout out to employee Sam!!
Not only is Sam friendly and provides amazing customer service, but even though I’ve had recent set backs putting me on the ever embarrassing “struggle bus”, I have never felt judged by Sam, in fact, the complete opposite!
Sam listened and was supportive and understanding of my situation and is genuinely empathetic towards others. Believe me- being nurse , I can recognize the selflessness in others!
Sam took the time to explain every option available to me- and I was not even aware Amscot offered some of these options because no one has ever taken the time to explain them to me before!
Every interaction with Sam whether on the phone or in person, she has went above and beyond and left me with positive vibes only 😎
