“Was looking for a good honest mechanic in the Port Orange area to replace my long time retired one. I found him at Masons, very comfortable that they are good and honest. My 1969 Mustang can once again sleep at night!”

“Arrived fairly soon after they'd opened with two cars already in the bays. Was quickly greeted, offered a bottle of water, and was directed to the one remaining open bay.Took about 15 minutes for them to get to my car, but I did have the convenience of not having to get out of it and sit awkwardly in a waiting room.Pulled my vehicle information from the door sticker and happily accepted my coupon. Joshua was friendly and offered suggestions of additional services they offer without being pushy. Definitely a plus at this type of business. Topped of my fluids, checked tire pressures, changed my oil, and was rolling again within 15 minutes of them starting. I'll be back again!”

“Credit has to be given where credit is due and repair 1 exceeded my expectations. Honest and reasonable pricing. $60.00 full synthetic oil change in 2023.. wow. Just wow.. jiffy lube is charging over $100 and using some no name oil brand. I'm happy supporting the smaller shop. These guys work hard everyday and deserve to be paid well. Auto repair is messy pain in the butt work. Thank God these guys are still willing to do it. Thank you..”

“During my recent visit at Jiffy Lub, It was a torrential rainstorm, typical day in FL. this time of year. The bay doors remained wide-open. When I asked the technician why… he said corporate wanted that way. They want people to know that we are open. I just can't believe that corporate wants these guys to work in the pouring rain. There was at least 4 inches of water in the basement when they went to drain the oil. I'm sorry, but this was a little over the top. A simple drain in the basement. What does that cost to corporation? ALL 3 employees were soaking wet and yet they still work tirelessly on my car. That really disappointed me that the corporation doesn't really care about it's employees. This team of guys are dedicated, easy to get along with and got the job done. They even went to an auto parts store 2 doors away to get the right filters that they didn't have in stock. Closing the door so that the workers stay dry during the torrential downpour for a half hour is not going to make a difference to your bottom line. You know that and I know that. But will you really read THIS and if do…… DO YOU REALLY give a damn about your employees, Here's my phone number. Let me know if you give a dam.TEXT ME!!”
