We went today to buy 2 cat trees and a few other items. It began to storm really badly as we were finishing up. The staff helped us get everything to our vehicle in the pouring rain and even held an umbrella over my 84 year old mother. They went above and beyond!!!!

My 2 loving pets passed away Feb and March . So heart broken I was in need for new support pet to love on. I end up getting 2 3 week old other day 5 weeks old guinea pigs.the employees were helpful and nice plus clean pet store in new Smyrna.
