Happy the bank is open on Saturdays since I had to drive over from Edgewater. It's too bad one had to stand on a line with 2 tellers at their stations, while waited with my fractured foot. Do not get to bank to early you will be asked to move your car due to "security reasons" go figure. But staff member Wendy is excellent with counting$

Ever since this bank has switched from sun trust to truist its been a disaster. I've had nothing but problems from two charges I never did to over draft fee's to card's not working to waiting on new card's to rude customer service. I hate this bank and I'm walking away worse service ever I'm closing every thing.

This combining of SunTrust and BB&T has been awful. The local personnel are not helpful and I cannot get help at their customer service line. I have waited for an hour, only to be disconnected when transferred to anyone area for help because the one who answers cannot help. I think I am done with this!

I always seem to have problems with Suntrust. They are not customer service oriented and I think they make mistakes on purpose thinking you wont catch their mistakes and try to get more fees from you or cheat you on interest. If you have a CD that matures make sure you go to one of their offices to renew. BEWARE if you do not go to one of the offices to renew to see what their rates are and if they have any promo rates they will automatically renew at the very minimal rate which is normally LESS then .25 %. Last time I renewed one I told them to make sure they link it to my account and they didn't. I have an account that requires a certain balance on accounts to have the monthly checking account maintenance fee waived. I had to call them again to link the account and then they guaranteed me the maintenance fee would not be charged. A couple weeks later I look on my account and there is a maintenance fee on the account so I have to call them AGAIN to take it off. These are just some of the problems I have had with them, I have had many more like charging for safety deposit box which is included on my account and dropping beneficiaries on accounts etc.. If you have an account with Suntrust BEWARE and look at your accounts carefully.

If I could give no stars I would. I'm not surprised that this bank only got 1 1/2 stars. Beware they charge you to cash one of there own checks.

Old looking Bank that really needs an update. The staff seems fine inside. Due to the old construction it is rather dark in appearance inside due to not having a lot of windows. Building does look like it would withstand several hurricanes and it has over the years. The drive-through is completely separated from the building again du to the old design and has feels very disconnected feel.

If you are older and often use the ATM I wouldn't Bank here. There is a new Chase Bank next door. There are few parking spaces on the side of the building that the ATM is located. One employee with a Black Cadillac often takes one of the three spots. I have asked formally four time that the employee be asked to park on other side of building so those of us a little older can park to use the ATM. ( also talking for others at my condo) I was told that the investment person who owns the Black Cadillac refuses to park where the other employees park because it's more convenient. Being a manager tellers and loan person cannot Enforce. To me this reflects arrogance on many levels. I was told my requests were delivered to manager with little concern. No concern for older customers from this investment manager? Wow! I am a 20 year Sun Trust customer but after this feedback we will be moving next door.
