They are friendly, professional and treat you like a real person instead of just a number. They actually listen to you when you talk to them, and are helpful when it comes to getting setup to use a coupon that we got from our Dr. for our medicine. It is a win all the way around. And that it is next to the grocery store we use on a regular basis is very convenient as well.”
