“Blake was very friendly and helpful with my needs today. She offered many valuable options and made me feel like she cared about my needs..not just trying to get the most money. Thank you!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
300 SW 143rd St, Newberry FL 32669
“Midguard, late afternoon employee she was so very compassionate, kind and helpful. Due to being misplaced from hurricane debbie, and a tree breaking through into our living room, she was very attentive and helpful during this horrible ordeal we are going through. Stress-free easy access and one less thing to worry about. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! BOTH FOR STORAGE UNITS AND UHAUL BEING WE USED BOTH THROUGH MIDGUARD!”

Compass Self Storage
14024 NW US Hwy 441, Alachua FL 32615
“We used Compass Storage in December. When we opened the back of the truck at our destination, we found broken glass throughout the cargo area. As shown in the photo, we had to find a broom and clean it out ourselves, which caused a delay. Apparently there was a communication breakdown, and the truck had not been cleaned after the previous rental. Bill offered me a discount, but when he prepared the invoice, he said he was unable to apply it. Disappointing experience.”
