“We used Compass Storage in December. When we opened the back of the truck at our destination, we found broken glass throughout the cargo area. As shown in the photo, we had to find a broom and clean it out ourselves, which caused a delay. Apparently there was a communication breakdown, and the truck had not been cleaned after the previous rental. Bill offered me a discount, but when he prepared the invoice, he said he was unable to apply it. Disappointing experience.”
