Personal Mini Storage
4432 SW 34th St, Gainesville FL 32608
“When you call the office, you actually speak with someone at the property - not a call center. Renting was easy and the staff is very helpful. U-Haul truck rental is also available at the property, so it was very convenient.”

Enterprise Truck Rental
3920 Northeast Waldo Road, Gainesville FL 32609
“Ricardo is Amazing. We contacted Ricardo to verify our truck rental, and he helped us ensure that we had everything we needed. We checked out with Angel, who was also wonderful. She was polite, and efficient. The Waldo Enterprise Truck rental location is now the only place I want to use for our Truck rental requirements. Between Ricardo and Angel, the process was painless, with an immaculate truck. We would recommend using the Waldo location, even if it’s a bit further than other locations, as your overall experience will be far better.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
4105 NW 13th St, Gainesville FL 32609
“The gentleman at this location was AMAZING! We had a cross country drive from east coast to west coast and he went out of his way to find us a brand new U-Haul with less than 2500 miles that ran perfectly. Going into the trip I was really concerned about the truck and equipment and he covered every question I could have had before I even asked it and made sure we had everything we needed. Could not recommend this location enough!”

“John and his Gainesville/Jacksonville group were great in helping me with our well point system. Especially Ken the service technician, really educated me on the pumps and how to monitor them. Dutch the tow truck driver that was not an employee helped me change out one pump and get it on line. Above and beyond the call of duty.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Gainesville
4821 NW 6th St, Gainesville FL 32609
“Great experience. Rented a 15 for 2 hours for a couch, lazy chair, and ottoman. Plenty of space of those 3. 53 bucks. Total came out to be a bit more since we returned it with less than 1/4th a tank. Make sure you put at least SOME gas in it, or you are charged a 30 dollar gas fee, which they do state on the paper work. Manager there was super helpful. Called with a concern, and he was overly willing to work with me to sort out a mistake on my end. Great place, even better manager.”

U-Haul at University of Florida
802 N Main St, Gainesville FL 32601
“Julie Hall was absolutely amazing to work with!!! Literally a godsend for us!!! Moving is already so stressful, let alone across the country. So when we needed a bigger truck than we originally picked up, she worked with us to get us what we needed with the time crunch we were on and honestly made it so seamless. I can’t begin to explain the amount of stress that was eliminated because of her. She was so friendly and pleasant to work with and got us back on track within minutes. Because of her, I would absolutely use UHaul for our next move and will recommend this specific store to all of our Gainesville friends. Seriously, give this woman a raise!!!! Thank you Julie!!!!! -Griffith Fam :)”
