“While my husband and I were visiting this area, I wanted to see if there was a locally owned book store nearby and found this store via a map search.
The store was easy to find and located by a donut shop in a small strip mall. There was plenty of parking.
The store has a cozy vibe and is very well organized by subject type and then by author so it's easy to navigate and find what you want. There's a lovely reading area up front and a children's section up front as well.
The owner was so helpful and hospitable and we really enjoyed speaking with her. She had an excellent knowledge of books and authors and the store's inventory.
There was a great selection of new and used books and prices were very reasonable.
The children's section was thoughtfully organized and easy to browse. We purchased a book for our grandson and we know we will enjoy reading it to him.
If we lived here, I would definitely frequent this store for books for gifts and for myself! I know I would also enjoy the author events! We will be back when we visit this area again.”

“This Books-A-Million location is on the smaller side, but it really stands out for its impressive manga selection – definitely larger than what I’ve seen at other locations. Even without a coffee area, the store still has a nice, cozy atmosphere that makes it enjoyable to browse. Overall, a great spot if you’re especially into manga and want a comfortable place to look around.”

“What a great little gem find in the middle of fort Walton. There were so many books to choose from. Books for adults books for kids. The little shop is always in the process of reorganizing all of their stock! The owner is a precious personality! If you are a bibliophile you will absolutely adore this little book shop, located in a tiny house with every room filled with books!”
