The vet tech was knowledgeable and friendly, and treated our pup well. The vet was well spoken and explained everything we needed while examining the dog. Would highly recommend for others, as we will be making it our regular vet.

509 E John Sims Pkwy, NicevilleI started going to Niceville Animal Clinic in 2020 during the COVID lockdown because they were the only vet clinic I could find that would take new patients. I had just moved here a few months earlier and needed a vet. Every visit has been a pleasure with Dr Jenny and her staff. Yea a couple times I've waited a little longer than some people might find acceptable, but they are busy and always do their best to provide the fastest service possible. Plus they are taking care of animals that many people see as family members, and if they take an extra few minutes to treat and animal it's better then rushing through and making a mistake. My last visit they got me in a room ahead of my appointment time! Even though I live 45 minutes away I'll still continue to goto Niceville animal clinic as long as I live here.

Midbay Veterinary Hospital
4690 E Hwy 20, NicevilleDr. Yeager and staff took excellent, compassionate care of our beloved pet, Grundy, last week when we helped him cross the rainbow bridge. The amount of love, head scratches, treats, kind words were heart warming and helped ease our aching hearts.
Our vet tech, showed us so much empathy, compassion and comfort not only for Grundy but for his humans as well. She ensured that we had all the time we needed to say goodbye and gently guided us through the process.
It's been a week since saying goodbye when we received a heartfelt sympathy card with hand written notes from all of the staff members, as well as, prints of his nose and paw. We are so grateful for their care and compassion! ❤️

I am beyond words grateful for every staff member at both Destin and Niceville clinics. Special appreciation for Jess and Dr. Dooley, who hugged me and shared stories of love for their pets now running fast again with clear eyes and good ears with my big boy, Hanky.

The man who helped us order came by and spoke with us he was super cool and told us about how he played rugby and how he spoke French which was a cool coincidence because my teammate speaks French as well. Overall the place is great and should definitely be something you try.

1083 US-98, DestinThe food was insane. I ordered the Philly with crazy fries. The sandwich was loaded with tender, flavorful steak and the sauce was perfect. The fries were crispy with the right amount of seasoning, bacon, and drizzle — literally addictive. Portion size was great and everything tasted fresh. 113 E John Sims Pkwy, NicevilleMy wife and stepson got off a plane and I had to take them somewhere scenic with seafood in the town of Niceville. The Local's met both criteria. The restaurant is out on the bay with lots of yachts and tables set outside for those photos with your wishing to be yours yacht. Inside, the decor would make you think of a good Ole bar and dining room on the sea. The menu is diverse enough for seafood and non-seafood lovers, like myself. I debated between the meatloaf and reuben. It seems like the Reuben is one of their signature dishes and you can have it made with meatloaf, brisket, or redfish. I decided to have the best of both worlds and went with the meatloaf on the reuben. Excellent choice as the meatloaf was wrapped in bacon, nice and thick, and paired well with the Russian dressing. The best part of the sandwich was the provolone cheese. The rest of my party ordered the redfish reuben, shrimp plate, and fish tacos and seemed to be pleased. Sweet tea was fresh-brewed and refreshingly sweet! I wish I had room for their homemade key lime pie but had to skip on it. The Local's is sure to please everyone with their menu and scenic view.

When we asked our drive thru attendant she said she had some in her purse… when she came back she handed us 3! I did not catch her name but she should 100% be recognized for her kindness. I will forever remember her face.

Jen was bright and cheerful, and did a great job of guiding us through the menu and pointing out specialties. I had the penne pasta with Italian sausage, and my wife had the lasagna. Both were really good. Salad comes with your meal, and their homemade house dressing is my new favorite salad dressing! I look forward to trying their pizza. They also have outside seating. I haven't gone to brunch on Sunday, but their menu looks great and the prices are extremely reasonable. Recommended!
