“I had an outstanding experience working with Brian from Recreational Warehouse. From the beginning, he was a no-pressure salesman who quickly and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. Even when I initially decided to pass on the purchase due to finding a lower price elsewhere, Brian went above and beyond to help me without hesitation. Although he couldn’t match the competitor’s price, his professionalism and responsiveness stood out—especially compared to the company I originally chose, who gave me the runaround and had terrible customer service.

“I've thought long and hard about this review because we bought a washer and dryer from Discount Appliance Warehouse over a month ago and we had quite a journey. I won't bore you with all the details but suffice it to say that even though we originally got 2 dryers that did not work (although they worked in the shop), the folks at Discount Appliance Warehouse went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. It took the folks at Discount Appliance Warehouse, 2 licensed electricians, a handyman and LCEC almost 6 weeks to determine a very freaky electrical issue that made the voltage fluctuate and rendered the dryer unworkable - at our house only. Not only did Discount Appliance Warehouse send out their technician several times (without a charge) but they upgraded both pieces at no charge to us in an attempt to make it right. I wasn't sure where the journey would land, but in the end, I have a wonderful working washer and dryer that I bought from a company that didn't bail when things got complicated.”

“I have worked with Jimenez Appliance for many years even when they were in Fort Myers. All Appliances I've purchased have been great and I've sent others there as well. We were having a problem with our fron load washer once and went there to see what he had and he told us how to check for error codes and if we got a certain one it was a circuit board. He gave the part number we needed and we fixed it ourselves. He is a very honest person and has advised us which brands/models are better than others. I would highly recommend Jimenez Appliances.”

“On June 14, 2024 my husband and I were heading to a company on Metro parkway. In the past we have driven to Fergusons in Naples to the showroom to look at things for our remodel.
As we drove by Fergusons showroom, they looked open, but Google said they were closed. So in the past we never bothered to go there on Saturdays.
We turned around and sure enough they were open. I was excited because I hate going to the Naples store. They are such nasty snobs in that store. Sixth generation, Ft Myers, Floridian and was raised in Naples since I was two. Never in my life have I seen such snobbery come out of one county as I have seen out of the place that used to be the best place in the world to me. Anyway, we had the dearest women help us in the Metro store. Her name is Cindy Briggs. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and an absolute joy to work with. Do yourself a big favor and go see her... even on a Saturday!

“Peter plumbing a Home Depot provider….. In the time of disaster after hurricane Ian , my neighbor was using Peters Plumbing and they came down to give a estimate, we accepted since a work full time at a local hospital but they required a half down deposit 75.00 ( red flag I guess) they never showed on the day they were supposed to. I had called several times 3 different numbers and finally The manager Maria said somebody would call me back, never heard back. Finally got a hold of the local service manager (Jose)and said somebody would be out the following day,two days later. They were working at the job at the neighbors house changing an outside spigot . While They did show up there ,Isaw them leave and I called right away and was told that they would contact them and come back and fix my well and get my water working,no one showed up and no phone calls. I called back and said forget I will fix it myself and I want my deposit back . He said I would have to call the office, when I did they refused saying it was there policy no refunds.I tried to explain that this is not a refund since nothing was done and you never showed up. Also as your policy states no refunds on checks or credit card this was a cash transaction. And they then hung up on me. A VERY SELFISH AND UNCOMPASSONATE COMPANY BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN A TIME OF NEED, SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO HELP THE COMMUNITY., AND VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. Thought you should know since you use them as a service provider and that service can be a perception on your company… Thank you for your time and hopefully your understanding”

“After Hurrican IAN, our house was demoed, and we need all new appliances, Refrigerator, Stove/oven, dishwasher, Microwave oven, Washer and Dryer. Charles at Bill Smiths came through with all of our needs. most items were delivered before we could even move back in. Bill Smith has a return policy of 30 day on returns, we were not able to move back within that timeline. When we did move back in, you could imagine the need to start cleaning, so the Washer and dryer was very important. The Washer stopped working after a week. we called and arranged to have a service man come out, that took 3 weeks (because all the others calls from the Hurrican) we understood, after the service man looked at the unit, he needed parts, and he said that would be 5-7 days. :( after 10 days he showed back up :) the unit broke again within a day. we called Bill Smiths again and, as you could guess, we were not happy. Charles contacted his Manager Trent, we expalined our problems with the unit, the timeline/down time. after a short time, Trent had us come in and pick a new unit and set up delivery of a new unit in three days. We were not happy in the beginning of this, But Bill Smith team did us right, Thank you Duane & Tish Gietz”
