The prices aren't really marked, or I'm inexperienced in the way they do things. I decided not to worry about it and was suffering from serious sticker shock until I price checked the items I bought in two other places. Prices are completely compatible with others in the area. Sadly, everything just costs double these days...”

“After Hurrican IAN, our house was demoed, and we need all new appliances, Refrigerator, Stove/oven, dishwasher, Microwave oven, Washer and Dryer. Charles at Bill Smiths came through with all of our needs. most items were delivered before we could even move back in. Bill Smith has a return policy of 30 day on returns, we were not able to move back within that timeline. When we did move back in, you could imagine the need to start cleaning, so the Washer and dryer was very important. The Washer stopped working after a week. we called and arranged to have a service man come out, that took 3 weeks (because all the others calls from the Hurrican) we understood, after the service man looked at the unit, he needed parts, and he said that would be 5-7 days. :( after 10 days he showed back up :) the unit broke again within a day. we called Bill Smiths again and, as you could guess, we were not happy. Charles contacted his Manager Trent, we expalined our problems with the unit, the timeline/down time. after a short time, Trent had us come in and pick a new unit and set up delivery of a new unit in three days. We were not happy in the beginning of this, But Bill Smith team did us right, Thank you Duane & Tish Gietz”

“My rental propane tank and meter / shutoff valve were torn away from the house during Hurricane Ian. I reported the loss to the police, as missing tanks were being found, and I had saved its serial number. After that, it took a few persistent calls to Customer Service, but eventually I was given the number to call if a local Territory Manager, Chad, and later Ismael. They and their staff helped setup an appointment for a replacement tank and refil, and all the details were taken care of very well. Despite many thousands of similar stories all at the same time, these individuals and their staff and field workers got everything taken care, to my great relief and happiness.”

“Went in to Bill Smith appliances just to look at kitchen appliances. We’re in the process of rebuilding our home after Hurricane Ian and wanted to get an idea of what was available. We had just left another appliance store and were very disappointed with the poor selection of brands and models offered. Sales consultant Jean Beltran immediately introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help us with. Jean was very knowledgeable about the products he represents, he’s extremely polite and professional. He patiently listened as we explained what we were looking for. My wife was dead set on a particular brand and Jean discussed the pros and cons of their merchandise. He also showed us a variety of brands and products. In the end we ended up buying a complete kitchen suite. Jean is a true asset to Bill Smith and an outstanding sales representative. I would highly recommend him and Bill Smith for your next appliance purchase.”

“Peter plumbing a Home Depot provider….. In the time of disaster after hurricane Ian , my neighbor was using Peters Plumbing and they came down to give a estimate, we accepted since a work full time at a local hospital but they required a half down deposit 75.00 ( red flag I guess) they never showed on the day they were supposed to. I had called several times 3 different numbers and finally The manager Maria said somebody would call me back, never heard back. Finally got a hold of the local service manager (Jose)and said somebody would be out the following day,two days later. They were working at the job at the neighbors house changing an outside spigot . While They did show up there ,Isaw them leave and I called right away and was told that they would contact them and come back and fix my well and get my water working,no one showed up and no phone calls. I called back and said forget I will fix it myself and I want my deposit back . He said I would have to call the office, when I did they refused saying it was there policy no refunds.I tried to explain that this is not a refund since nothing was done and you never showed up. Also as your policy states no refunds on checks or credit card this was a cash transaction. And they then hung up on me. A VERY SELFISH AND UNCOMPASSONATE COMPANY BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN A TIME OF NEED, SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO HELP THE COMMUNITY., AND VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. Thought you should know since you use them as a service provider and that service can be a perception on your company… Thank you for your time and hopefully your understanding”
