“I called All Appliance Parts to make sure they had the part I needed in stock. They had one remaining part, and the gentleman with whom I spoke, Bill, was very gracious and set the piece aside for me to pick up later.
When I arrived, he showed me a YouTube video on the installation after he explained it. He made it very clear how the replacement process worked. He told me to call him if I had any questions at all.
When I got home, I did exactly as he instructed me to do, and it worked flawlessly. I was so happy.
I was thrilled with the service. Bill needs to be recognized as someone who provides customer service and satisfaction.

“Peter plumbing a Home Depot provider….. In the time of disaster after hurricane Ian , my neighbor was using Peters Plumbing and they came down to give a estimate, we accepted since a work full time at a local hospital but they required a half down deposit 75.00 ( red flag I guess) they never showed on the day they were supposed to. I had called several times 3 different numbers and finally The manager Maria said somebody would call me back, never heard back. Finally got a hold of the local service manager (Jose)and said somebody would be out the following day,two days later. They were working at the job at the neighbors house changing an outside spigot . While They did show up there ,Isaw them leave and I called right away and was told that they would contact them and come back and fix my well and get my water working,no one showed up and no phone calls. I called back and said forget I will fix it myself and I want my deposit back . He said I would have to call the office, when I did they refused saying it was there policy no refunds.I tried to explain that this is not a refund since nothing was done and you never showed up. Also as your policy states no refunds on checks or credit card this was a cash transaction. And they then hung up on me. A VERY SELFISH AND UNCOMPASSONATE COMPANY BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN A TIME OF NEED, SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO HELP THE COMMUNITY., AND VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. Thought you should know since you use them as a service provider and that service can be a perception on your company… Thank you for your time and hopefully your understanding”

“I had ordered a side by side refrigerator from another company, 6 months of waiting and no refrigerator. This is 2026, not 2020. That company gave me no new options. When I called and spoke to Santiago he came up with a solution the same day!! A refrigerator that still fit new cabinet opening!! I was very pleased with his help and the installers as well.”
