Really guys? Delivery date pushed 3 times already, delays at every terminal, not out for delivery as expected. Terminals do not even answer the phone for their own god damn customer service reps.

1 star because it won't let me leave none. First time it took 3 days for them to come pickup a shipment. Now it's been a week waiting on receiving a shipment that originated in Orlando. We are in Fort Myers. Should have been next day. We will stick with R&L.

Had an issue with scheduling delivery but manager Carl was very helpful. Good communication and professional handling of situation and freight delivery.
