“Initially I visited the T-mobile store on Hancock and was asked to wait for a rep to assist on upgrading my phones. I waited for an 1hr to then be told that the phones were not in stock. I asked the representative if she would be so kind and check the inventory on another store. She said she could not but she could order the phones to be shipped to my home. I smelled commission vibes hence why she did not want to call another store for inventory. I didn’t get a helpful personality to begin with.
Since I was on a mission to get my phone upgrades, I left that store and called a nearby store. A rep by the name of Kathy answered and confirmed she had the phones in stock. I arrived at the location and met with Kathy. What a helpful person Kathy was from the first hello. She was very informative and possessed great customer service. She got all the data on the phones transferred and phones ready to use immediately. The manager at that location was very helpful as well. Didn’t get his name. The overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Thank you Kathy!”

“I want to say that this is the best store in town, having Karen and Business rep. Dario, there the experience is great! They greet people with a huge smile, so friendly, making me feel comfortable. They LISTEN to my needs (don’t yell like others there) and they help me to solve any issues with my phones. One day, while waiting, I asked one question about phone chains to another member there and she did not even said a word, only directed me to the place where the phone chains are and did like “ they are here, in your face” as it was just right there and I missed it. Not friendly at all!! ? Sorry girl to disturb you! That is why When I come in I look for them ONLY, and, if they are not around I leave and come back when they are. I even call to ask first. Karen, when she hears me, has come from her lunch break to greet me and I even wait until she is done so she can help me. She is really special. Dario too. I have seen the treatment from others there and no, no. Only Karen and Dario. I will follow them where ever they go! That is one of the reasons I moved from the other company. They oriented me and all they said was honest. And fast and reliable. I am referring business to them all the time. Is Hard to find good and honest people now a days! Thanks Karen and Dario!!
