“The friendly, efficient, and bilingual staff handle this busy location so well! I came in at a busy time, but was promptly greeted & checked it. I was told my wait would be about 10 minutes (it was less) and invited to have a seat or browse the store showroom. I chose to browse, and while the items on display are what you would expect (cellphones, tablets, smart glasses, smart watches, home internet devices & the accessories) I thought the displays were eye-catching & loved that the device security on the display model phone did not have the security cables, as it made it easier to really get a feel for the phones.
I had come in to update my family's multi-line legacy phone plan, convert a data-only line to a voice/data, and adding a phone to that line from another network (& hoping to keep my number). I expected this or take quite a bit of time but Cecilia was FANTASTIC and not only answered all my questions & walked me through everything, but I was all done in about 20 minutes (& I got to keep my number).
Highly recommend this location.”
“I was a fraud vicitm...don't click the link! Called 1 800 number to report but was upset and fearful about what customer service was asking of me. Came to this store at 30 minutes till closing, in a state of panic, and Angelica was awesome! Called boost fraudulent dept. with me, helping me with all the questions customer service was needing to get account set right. She stayed past closing to ensure I was taken care of and my account was taken care of. So thankful to her and the Boost team.”
“Jose and Arianna were beyond helpful today I was having issues with my home internet they discovered I had the wrong plan for being s truck driver they made the changes to my plan and got me going so now I can have internet anywhere I go in my truck I would highly recommend this t mobile over any 3rd party location”

“I went in today with the plan to switch from Android t iPhone. I read the reviews and one stood out about Julio and Andres. Lucky me, they both were working today. I saw Julio and said you’re the man I’d like to help me please. I saw a review that said you’re great. Well, that review is certainly correct. Julio was so patient and kind in helping get data transferred. As we all know, this takes time. Two and half hours in store but it was a great customer service experience. The entire staff was welcoming the moment I walked in. I highly recommend these two employees and this location.”
