“I was a fraud vicitm...don't click the link! Called 1 800 number to report but was upset and fearful about what customer service was asking of me. Came to this store at 30 minutes till closing, in a state of panic, and Angelica was awesome! Called boost fraudulent dept. with me, helping me with all the questions customer service was needing to get account set right. She stayed past closing to ensure I was taken care of and my account was taken care of. So thankful to her and the Boost team.”

“The friendly, efficient, and bilingual staff handle this busy location so well! I came in at a busy time, but was promptly greeted & checked it. I was told my wait would be about 10 minutes (it was less) and invited to have a seat or browse the store showroom. I chose to browse, and while the items on display are what you would expect (cellphones, tablets, smart glasses, smart watches, home internet devices & the accessories) I thought the displays were eye-catching & loved that the device security on the display model phone did not have the security cables, as it made it easier to really get a feel for the phones.
I had come in to update my family's multi-line legacy phone plan, convert a data-only line to a voice/data, and adding a phone to that line from another network (& hoping to keep my number). I expected this or take quite a bit of time but Cecilia was FANTASTIC and not only answered all my questions & walked me through everything, but I was all done in about 20 minutes (& I got to keep my number).

“We first became interested in this company in 2002 when a neighbor told us about him. After moving to our new home and becoming irritated with the only "high speed" service that turned out to be less than promised but still charged as if they were, we contacted Cyberstreet. Their service over the last 12+ years had been amazing. VERY seldom is there down time, and I often get a call either in advance for planned system work, or when there is an unexpected outage, even if I haven't noticed! Since going off the grid (dropped land line phone and satellite TV service) my bills have done a nose dive. Having local antenna TV stations along with several streaming providers has proven more than enough entertainment. So if you are looking for a reasonably priced and reliable system for your internet service, check them out! I know there are some limited areas for their service, but it is worth checking out!!!!! And just for the record...if you are going to give a company less than a 5 start rating it would be nice to know the basis of your rating.”
“I went in today with the plan to switch from Android t iPhone. I read the reviews and one stood out about Julio and Andres. Lucky me, they both were working today. I saw Julio and said you’re the man I’d like to help me please. I saw a review that said you’re great. Well, that review is certainly correct. Julio was so patient and kind in helping get data transferred. As we all know, this takes time. Two and half hours in store but it was a great customer service experience. The entire staff was welcoming the moment I walked in. I highly recommend these two employees and this location.”
