“She is our lives. We purchased our Morkey nine years ago. Cokee Von Train ( named after an awesome female), was pee pad trained and crate trained.i was fearful my 6'6" husband would freighting this lovely tiny puppy. He laid down, she came out of my arms and laid down on his chest. She is the best dog ever.”

“THANK YOU for having an extremely clean and organized store! The manager and staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their aquariums are clean and the fish are healthy, as are all the live pets they offer. Most importantly, as an owner of a larger reptile, they sell LIVE FEEDERS (both rats and mice). Constrictors are ambush predators, not scavengers. This is a caged reptile's enrichment, squeezing the life out of its prey. My animal does not eat carrion. They also have frozen, but it's been such a relief to find live feeders. Thank you again! I'm a customer for life. My snake is happy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ?(This review had been edited to reflect the actual store)”

“I came to get two of my cats microchipped. They were very quick and helpful. It was also much cheaper than my vets office. I'd rather do it here because I figured they certainly have their records in the computer and I don't have to worry about different microchips, not registering or coming up in their system if God forbid they got lost.”

They truly are about your pets and show it on every single visit. Dr. Lisa Neuman is the kindest, gentlest, caring and most knowledgeable Veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have now been going here for well over a year and I can honestly say I am even more confident that Bayshore Animal Hospital is truly the best Vet we could possibly hope for. Dog can be full of surprises and expected situations but Dr Neuman is so in tune with our dogs she picks up on every little clue and she listens to us as well. She takes he time to address any concerns we have and to answer questions too. I’m so glad we found them. I know our dogs are in the best possible place to get the care, attention, support and love they need. Dr. Neuman and the staff are awesome. We are so thankful for all of you.We are huge dog lovers and we’ve been blessed with many wonderful companions over the years. When we moved back to Ft. Myers we knew we had to find a Veterinarian nearby. We had heard great things about Bayshore and from the first phone call we made to our first office visit everything we heard was true. “Our first visit to a PETCO groomer. Ren/Ran did a phenomenal job!! They were so patient and kind with our pups. We gave 4 stars because the cashier Maya was so rude and unhelpful. She overcharged us, refused to explain why the total was so much more expensive, and then hid in the back when we tried to get it fixed. Holly came to the rescue and was a big help!”
