“The best gas prices in town and they have a lot of pumps with extended hoses so it doesn't matter where your gas tank is located, you can pull up and get gas.
Their pumps are a bit old so the app won't work but their friendly staff will gladly come to the pump and help you.
I also like the free air pump they have and they also have a restroom between the pumps.”
“Michael and Team from the pick up dept. are amazing !!! They are So efficient. We get fresh produce and soda 10-12 times a week !!! Very big loads !!! He literally gets us in and out in minutes !!! Even when he is busy he communicates when we are up and who would be the team member that would service us during f that stop. Amazing quick service.

“Sam’s Club gas usually has some of the best prices around, which is why the lines are almost always long. You do need a membership, they only take credit cards, and having to use the app can be kind of a pain sometimes. Even with the hassle, the savings on gas still make it worth stopping by.”
“Upon reaching the age were I need hearing aids, I obtained hearing examinations from three major hearing aid vendors. All three provided identical hearing assessments. However, the Cypress Lake Drive Costco Hearing Center provided a genuinely more in depth and more well documented examination than the other two. Kira was my audiologist, and she provided a far better hearing aids tuning than I received from the other two vendors. You can pay more, but you will not receive the quality of hearing examination nor hearing aids fitting than available from the Cypress Lake Drive Costco Hearing Center.”
“This is a GREAT Sam's Club, primarily because we can avoid the crowds (seems always are there) by ordering online and picking it up curbside. The crew that does the delivering curbside are ALWAYS in a good mood (even if they are not feeling great), helpful, courteous and wonderful. The people who pick out our products always shop the way we would, picky about produce, meats and mindful of the "best by" dates. We are extremely thankful for this Sam's Club, love most of the Member's Mark products and will continue with Sam's for the duration. Every once in awhile, we shop inside to see if there are any changes, but usually, we stick to what we know, all tried and true products. I do wish Sam's Club would bring back their Member's Mark BBQ Chips; they were the best anywhere and far better than Lay's or any of the commercial brands. But, I will not hold it against them.”
“I've done a good amount of deliveries, but this place stood out for how nice and helpful everyone was from the very beginning!From the front of the store to the to the back of the warehouse everyone seemed to be in a good mood and greeted/directed me to the right areas I needed to be in.Dave immediately helped my van get loaded and showed me how they organized the boxes. Then, (I hope I get her name right) Camila was very helpful by writing the numbers on the boxes to make sure they were all grouped together which was a HUGE help, so thank you and sorry if I got your name wrong!Overall a very solid team with welcoming vibes which you don't really see early in the morning haha10/10 would deliver again!”
“The staff has always been very helpful when checking out. The ones in the meat department have always answered any questions. They are helpful in finding items I could not locate. The store is mostly full of shoppers when I am there. The only thing I would say to improve, maybe be a larger store closer to CapeCoral.

“Brand new tools at desp discounted prices. Bought a 8 1/4 dewalt table saw 60 volt with battery and charger for 499 dollars and its warranted. Cheapest you can find this is home depot for 449 dollars but tou only get tool. Additional 300 dollara for battery and charger. Hwga is my new go to store for power tools as well as almost any other tool.”

“I just had THE BEST customer service experience I have ever had. I developed a leak in a tire that I had purchased from Costco and it was already 7:45pm. I knew the tire would not last very long because it had already lost 10 pounds of air in an hour. I went to the tire center at Costco where Justin and Pete were closing things down for the day. These guys, without hesitation, put my car in the lift and had it repaired within 20 minutes. I was amazed at how nice and professional they were especially considering I came in right at closing on Halloween night. I'm sure they wanted to get home to their kids but they stayed and made sure my vehicle was safe and ready for the road.
I am so glad I bought my tires from Costco and I will never go anywhere else for tires. Justin and Pete deserve a gold level ATTABOY!”
“I needed 2 new tires and even though they had a full schedule, they still added me to their schedule. I have never seen a more professional and kind group of gentleman in an auto center. The very next day, I ran over a nail and one of my new tires was completely flat! This happened after the auto center was already closed. Matt, one of the mechanics, was still in the shop (although his shift was over) he didn't even hesitate with fixing my tire. Nowadays it is very rare for someone to show care and respect like Matt showed me. I tell everyone how great All of the staff is at Sam's club in Cape Coral! Thank you again!”
“Great experience at Sam’s Club Tire & Battery. The employee who helped me choose my tires and set up the appointment had an awesome personality and made the whole process easy. They took my car in right when I arrived, so I was able to do some shopping while I waited and was out of there in no time. Fast, friendly service and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend.”

I had a great experience at BJ’s Tire Center! One of my tires was damaged by a roadside hazard, and the team quickly checked my warranty and replaced the tire. It was still under coverage, so they prorated it and I only had to pay the difference. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient—I was in and out much faster than expected. I really appreciate the excellent service and how helpful the staff was. Highly recommend!”

“I was on my way home so I stopped in here to grab pee pads for my dog. It's a really good deal. Considering if you go into the store you would probably only get 50 pee pads for $17.99 but at the club you get over 100 for the same price!!”
