“Good afternoon, Mr. Zeid.I am reaching out to convey my complete 110% satisfaction with Caloosa Pharmacy employees and North Fort Myers employees. Upon moving to Florida, I chose Caloosa and realized it was a little farther from my home than I wanted to drive. After I found out that Caloosa would ship my medication to my home, I decided to stay with them and give it a try.I have been doing business with Caloosa Pharmacy for approximately 2 years and have a home in Cape Coral, but moved to Georgia in May of 2022. I called around to a few Georgia pharmacies to take care of my prescriptions and honestly, they were going to charge me 3 times the amount I pay with Caloosa. So, because I have had such a wonderful experience with the staff at Caloosa and North Fort Myers Pharmacy, I decided to continue my relationship with them.Due to the outstanding customer service I receive from Gretchen at North Fort Myers Pharmacy, Christina and Lauren, I will go nowhere else for my prescriptions. Every time I call Caloosa Pharmacy and North Fort Myers Pharmacy, I am treated with patience and respect. I know the employees who work at Caloosa and North Fort Myers Pharmacy have many duties and are very busy, yet I watched an employee handle a disgruntled customer with kindness and care. I made a point to tell them what an excellent job they were doing because I want the employees to feel valued and appreciated. I receive my medication very quick and have asked for special accommodations. I am amazed at how well these employees care for me and my prescriptions. Their communication is first class, the service is fast and efficient and in the world we live in today, as long as Caloosa Pharmacy and North Fort Myers Pharmacy is around, providing Red Carpet Customer Service, I will be a loyal customer.”

She had to check out the cosmetics and now she has a new eyebrow pencil.The store is well stocked and clean. There was no trash in the parking lot and there was no merchandise or litter on the ground. Only one person seemed to be working the front half of the store - they have some sort of motion detector at the register to let her know that you need help. Very indicative of staffing issues![Review 19906 overall - 1708 in Florida - 879 of 2023.]”

I’ve gone to multiple CVS and this is by far the first CVS where it is organized and well kept and I am able to use my cash back points and they’re knowledgeable of everything at the front and pharmacy as well. When I went to pick up my prescription they helped me a lot in understanding the medication and how to take it(Loraymy & Sammy). I will be coming back again! Thank you.”

“I went in to Walgreens for several things I have a dry spot on my and I have a callus. The employee help me with that asking answer times that is rare at Walgreens and other places.. I had the right to birthday cards for my grandchildren, they had a section for birthday cards wedding cards and sympathy cards. I bought a card for my father and granddaughters just thinking of the card. My sister forgot it prescription so we drove around to the drive-thru”
