“My 5 stars is directed for two of the best experiences I had with one worker of Home Depot Coral Springs, his name is Mirtza , for me he was very knowledgeable about locations of everything I asked for, he was able to assist with loading the merchandise on my cart and most of all his patience to acknowledge other customers while caring for me is above the service I expected from a Home Depot employee. The PRO area has a couple people also that I will get their names and make sure I give a good review they work early mornings and is always ready to help. Great team.”

Great pricing and your “diagnosis fee” goes towards your fix. Gave an accurate time frame and they text you a link when they’re somewhat close so you can track your technician and know exactly when they’ll be there. Highly recommend for any appliance fix. Purchased a built in microwave, they came to install it and my cabinet was not a standard size. The installer (Mark W.) did not give up on me. He called their cabinet company and the carpenter came to my house right away, made the modifications and it worked! Very happy customer. This is the only place to purchase your appliances.”

“Organized and laid out similarly to other THD's, Dad knew exactly what he wanted and we found it in the right places. It was helpful that there's a "template" in the nuts and bolts area where we could test the widget and measure it to the right size. One thing we wanted is no longer being sold anywhere. We even reached out to the manufacturer and they don't make it anymore - a 6 inch shelf bracket. So we're still hunting around for those. “I had a great experience here today. I am a contractor who uses the pro services of Home Depot often. I am in and out of most South Florida stores multiple times a day throughout the week. I came in today to find the product I needed unstocked but available up above in the overstock area. I asked for help from an associate, Bri. She called for help, and when no help came, she took it on herself to come get the product and then restock the section. I k ow this seems mundane, but if you're in and out of busy stores like me every day, you know that often this experience can take a very long time. Time is money, customer service comes in all forms and this associate during her job in exemplary fashion turned my mood from annoyed to happy enough that I wanted to tell her manager, write this review and do a survey. Simple acts, but to me, it changed my mood for the day.”
