“Everything is good overall, and I’m happy with the service. My only suggestion would be to have the team check the vacuum stations more often. A lot of the time, the vacuums don’t work properly because of how previous customers use them, which can be frustrating for the next customer. Regularly checking and cleaning the vacuums would make the experience even better. Overall, good car wash with room for a small improvement!”

“J&J is a great hand wash service! They have great pricing and are always consistent. They're perfect if you don't like the automatic rollers at your standard car wash. There's an entire team of them that tackles each car that comes in. Usual wait time ranges from 30-45 min depending on how busy they are, but they are thorough and do a detailed job.”

“Signed up because it's a cool concept in a prime location. I had an issue with my car wash, I signed up for the monthly subscription to wash my car and it only lasted 4 minutes instead of 8. I called the number under the barcode and Prez took care of me and corrected the issue by adding 4 minutes so I can wash the soap off. Thank you Prez for your excellent service.”
