“Flew in right before close because I discovered a ton of sugar ants had taken up residence in my car while out of town this past weekend.
Even though they were just minutes from shutting things down (like, 10 mins at most), Tyler and Bray went WAY above and beyond to help me.
I told them about the issue and they turned a vacuum on for me to clear out my unwanted ant passengers and even gave my mats a pressure wash before I drove up to the actual wash pay kiosk. When I got over there, they let me know it was taken care of payment wise 🥹 seriously SO nice of them!
I will literally only go here from now on because of how kind and accommodating Tyler and Bray were — thank you so much for helping out a girl who hates bugs and panic pulled in right at close 🥲 100/10 customer service!”

“I needed a carpet/steam cleaning for my daughter's mini van. It had stains, grime and a smell like mildew. Duane came by in the late evening and did an excellent job! I am very impressed with his work detail and the smell is very pleasant now. Definitely will be calling him again. Thank you Duane!”
“I brought my 2021 Challenger to them to have the paint corrected and a ceramic coating applied. They had the car for about 1 week. After the paint work, the coating was applied to the paint, the glass, and the wheels. All work was completed according to our agreement. The owner and the staff are friendly and professional. The shop itself is clean and well organized. But most importantly, the results are fantastic. But don't believe my words, simply view the attached photo.”

“We have a family own transportation company and we wash our vehicles at go clean car wash on North Monroe Street in Tallahassee, Fla on a average of once a week. Not only are the prices good, Cameron(asst manager ) is also! Not only do he have a welcoming personality/spirit he even comes out and help with the vacuuming.”
“The best car wash i ever had ! Going through the car wash it smelled so good. Not one part of my car was dirty or sudsy! The vacuums are not weak . You have to hit the button on the side and you have power! Rags are clean and don't smell bad. I will be getting a membership! Hey top notch service here!”
“This is a long post, but worth the read.
I took my 91 year old grandmother's car for a detail at the "only wash place" she uses bc "no where else gets a car as clean as they do and the other people charge twice as much!"
I dropped her at her salon and drove about a mile to Super Suds. I realized the key was in her purse at the same time I pushed the button to turn the car off.
I panicked internally bc i realized the car was in the middle of their process line at lunch hour. The first employee I explained the problem to calmly told me to take a deep breath and relax- and not in a condescending way- but in a way that gave me a genuine place of comfort.
Once other employees came to question the car sitting in the middle of a busy work line (each one being incredibly understanding) a female employee approached me and said "Im so sorry that happened. I'll drive you to the salon!" And seconds later I was in her personal vehicle talking about her kids, and headed to get the keys.
Once I returned my grandmother's car was in the wash quickly, and shortly after I was told it was ready just in time to return to pick her up from her hair appointment.
The car was beyond spotless, but that was nowhere near the best part of my experience at Super Suds. The detail to the car was exceptional, but the detail to customer service and the entire experience is what's pivotal in making this place exceptional.
Customer service like this is rare. These folks care about the car but they also value the customer!”
“Great guy! I had some mold in a car and this guy got me in super fast and got it done! Shola was awesome and super respectful and reasonable on the price but it was worth it 100% I’m taking all of my vehicles to them smells like a brand new car now!”
“There's never a wait here and the staff are very friendly. There are plenty of vacuums available on the opposite side of the buildings once you go through the car wash. They provide you with clean rags to use, and you can use an air hose gun to clean out those tight areas under the hood.”
“We ran into issues with our U-Haul trailer having bad tires with bubbles in them while going through Tallahassee, and needed two tires replaced. Contacted U-Haul and they sent out Nemo with Westside Tire & Brakes. They got to us pretty quickly was a little bit of a wait due to traffic and some GPS issues. When she arrived she got to work quickly and realized there was another tire that needed to be replaced and wanted to make sure we were safe to get on the road so she got on the phone and facilitated getting that tire replaced as well. Mohammad then also came out to bring us another tire and get us on our way. She was kind, thorough, and efficient. We are so grateful to both Nemo, Mohammad, and their company for making sure we were set and safe on our trip home!!”

“I did the touchless drive-thru wash, $14 option. I thought it did decent. My car was as clean as other options in my area, but a little cheaper. What puts this option on the top of my list is that it is touchless. I did have some bugs on the front of the car that didn’t completely come off, and the dryer isn’t long enough to dry the car entirely. On the passenger back there was still a bit of soap. I hand dried my car afterwards and the bugs came off easily. Bottom line- I will definitely go back, and know that some pre-wash may be necessary for the bugs. It was way less stressful than having to figure out how to turn off all the autobrake and safety options on my car to be able to use a conveyer type car wash.”

“This is such a great resource for those of us that don't want to pay an arm and a leg to have our pets groomed and don't want to spend the money/space to buy your own dog washing tub or end up with back pain from being bent over during the whole grooming. $1/minute is a bit pricey but, for me, the conveniences listed above make it worth it. There are different soaps available for different concerns. The dryer has both a low setting and a high setting. Thanks again for this wonderful resource and I'll definitely be back.”
