“Have to give these guys a five based on my recent experience. Brought my boat lift motor in for a repair around 4 pm Thursday and Thomas called me 11am Friday to pick it up. Quick turnaround! And they saved me hundreds not having to buy new motor. They also helped me out on wiring it back up which is tricky with boat lift motors. Great job!”

So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”
