“I went for yrs to a shop in H',wood, coz they seemed 2 b only place to carry what I find to be the best, most organic vape (proudly made in USA??), Fifty Bar. Long story short they stopped ordering, so I called all over til I found 1st Wave Vapor & Smoke Shop. Well, my new "Vape Connoisseur " & super chill dude Brian at the Pompano Beach location hooked me up a 20k version of a flavor thar lame-o H'wood store told me they couldn't get, Cinnamon Funnel Cake, he took my # & promised to try ordering my ultimate flave ever, the Tobaccochino & lmk. I appreciated it very much, coz he didn't have to (but that's the kind of salesman he is, btw), but I was dubious. Then today, just a few days later, I get a text w/ "your order is ready for pickup", with a pic of MY Tobaccochino, as Brian also had attached a sticky w my info, being held for me! I was astounded! I also had exceptional service from Michelle, 5 stars 2 u 2!! (Ive also been to their Ocean Blvd. location, another friendly, helpful staff...but this store is above and beyond! Thanks much Brian, Michelle & tu 1st Wave for being such a kickin store! Can't wait to grab it! Outstanding y'all ?”

Even better THEIR PRICES ARE FANTASTIC and the displays are tasteful. Reba is so knowledgeable and has that great KIND ENERGY you look for in your cannabis provider. It's also centrally located and there's plenty of parking so what else could you want. If you're going somewhere else you're probably paying too much for a product they have no idea about. More employees like him should be hired nationwide. The store has a vast array of vape and smoke supplies along with incense. Check this place out and you won't be disappointed.”

“i’ve been to the shop on three occasions. The first time I had a fantastic experience. The young lady who was working was amazing. She made me feel like I was a “regular“ despite being my first time there. I am definitely a creature of habit and I do not like going new places and she made it a wonderful experience for me. This time, the guy working made me feel like just walking in the door was annoying. I felt super uncomfortable & couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
I’m still giving 5 stars because the store itself is pretty cool & the young lady from my first visit was amazing. If I consider that visit alone, absolutely 5 stars. She & the store deserve positive recognition. I won’t leave a bad rating because of him but I will definitely just stick with my “regular” vape shop moving forward. Looks like there’s great reviews overall. Hopefully if any new customers decide to check it out, they won’t come when he’s working.”

“Fantastic place. We ended up here by chance this first time, but the next times we go back will definitely be purposeful. They had red apple vapes that are usually hard to even find in multiple brands, my girlfriend was able to find her vape gear very easily, and the that’s all we went in for. But that’s not all we left with, as this store is extremely attractive and varied, and I walked out to receive a perfect surprise. The employee who helped us, whose name I wish I had asked for to compliment here, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, knowing his products immediately no matter what we were asking about.”
