“This smoke shop is next level! I haven’t been anywhere else since finding this shop. Working in hookah catering, I’ve been to all of the local smoke shops and this one is by far the best, stopping by her regularly they have new inventory that is unique, fairly priced. I’m blown away with quality. MAY was so personable, helpful, educated, even took the time out of her like to listen to some of my personal issues and offering support. Top tier Quality, service, and staff. I won’t go anywhere else”

“I’ve been to a lot of smoke shops, and this one stands out immediately - the space is clean, modern, and feels good to walk into - not cluttered or overwhelming. The owner, Ernest, is always there with a genuine smile and you can tell he cares about the experience, not just the sale.
They always play great house music, and the place feels relaxed and curated with a European vibe - not your typical shop.
Their Wild Berry incense selection is amazing and always well-stocked, with my absolute favorite scent, Wizard, always available. The owner even gifted some of it to me when I first moved into the area, which says everything about how customers are treated.
They also have a point system with discounts, free snacks, and a really unique product selection with designs you don’t see everywhere else.
I saw some older negative reviews that didn’t match my experience at all - it must be a different management now, because the service is outstanding. You feel welcomed, remembered and appreciated every time - one of those rare spots where you actually feel at home.”

Even better THEIR PRICES ARE FANTASTIC and the displays are tasteful. Reba is so knowledgeable and has that great KIND ENERGY you look for in your cannabis provider. It's also centrally located and there's plenty of parking so what else could you want. If you're going somewhere else you're probably paying too much for a product they have no idea about. “I went for yrs to a shop in H',wood, coz they seemed 2 b only place to carry what I find to be the best, most organic vape (proudly made in USA??), Fifty Bar. Long story short they stopped ordering, so I called all over til I found 1st Wave Vapor & Smoke Shop. Well, my new "Vape Connoisseur " & super chill dude Brian at the Pompano Beach location hooked me up a 20k version of a flavor thar lame-o H'wood store told me they couldn't get, Cinnamon Funnel Cake, he took my # & promised to try ordering my ultimate flave ever, the Tobaccochino & lmk. I appreciated it very much, coz he didn't have to (but that's the kind of salesman he is, btw), but I was dubious. Then today, just a few days later, I get a text w/ "your order is ready for pickup", with a pic of MY Tobaccochino, as Brian also had attached a sticky w my info, being held for me! I was astounded! I also had exceptional service from Michelle, 5 stars 2 u 2!! (Ive also been to their Ocean Blvd. location, another friendly, helpful staff...but this store is above and beyond! Thanks much Brian, Michelle & tu 1st Wave for being such a kickin store! Can't wait to grab it! Outstanding y'all ?”

“i’ve been to the shop on three occasions. The first time I had a fantastic experience. The young lady who was working was amazing. She made me feel like I was a “regular“ despite being my first time there. I am definitely a creature of habit and I do not like going new places and she made it a wonderful experience for me. This time, the guy working made me feel like just walking in the door was annoying. I felt super uncomfortable & couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
I’m still giving 5 stars because the store itself is pretty cool & the young lady from my first visit was amazing. If I consider that visit alone, absolutely 5 stars. She & the store deserve positive recognition. I won’t leave a bad rating because of him but I will definitely just stick with my “regular” vape shop moving forward. Looks like there’s great reviews overall. Hopefully if any new customers decide to check it out, they won’t come when he’s working.”
