“Chase is the absolute best! I found Swedish Motors after my 2010 manual transmission C30's warranty was up and, of course, I had issues at the dealership. I now have almost 200,000 miles on my car and have never taken it anywhere else, nor would I ever. While Robert, who takes care of the front office, can be a little gruff, the service I get from Chase is like no other. He knows that I don't want a new car, electric, hybrid, or not, and how much I like my manual transmission (which are difficult to find), and gives me all the care, help, and advice that I could ever want. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.”
“Before I came to Bahadir, I went to different shop for years to service my car. I had a problem with AC. Different shop told me it was a big problem and I needed to change a compressor. Bahadir was available on the weekend, he fixed my car in less than an hour and told me that all I needed was a freon. Almost 2 months and my AC still works. Honesty is the key. I’m definitely switching shops.”

I’m a delighted customer, and I definitely recommend this place for major and minor repairs. “Mr. Leslie is extremely patient and knowledgeable in his work. My 2005 Ford E-250 4.6L V8 needed an oil change bad, he got that no prob, but since it's an older car, it needs some TLC. So, we uncovered an ECU issue, which he promptly recommended a nearby specialist (Martin, over at Davis Auto Electric Repair Inc.) who got me right! My mom recommended his services to me in 2023, and he hasn't done us wrong.”

“i recently went to a different car shop to get an oil change on my alfa romeo giulia and when they returned the car back to me, it was not accelerating past 30 mph. i immediately called the service department and was met with warmth and kindness as Tiffany helped guide me through what could be the issue. As a young girl, I often get scammed when going to car shops because they see someone that they can take advantage of. But Tiffany made sure she gave me the best price possible and helped me out in whatever i needed. And Carlo. Wow he is a godsend. He immediately helped us without blinking twice and was so kind to show us everything that could be the problem and how to avoid scam artists when we go to car shops. He offered us so much insight on our car and made sure that I left satisfied. I would definitely recommend the service department and honestly Carlo and Tiffany deserve a raise. They are true professionals and kind human beings. 10/10 best experience I’ve had with any car people.”

“I was having problems with my car, and IT Car Service was recommended. I brought my car in first thing in the morning, and by 9am Alan called me back to tell me what was wrong. Not only was I expecting to pay a lot of money, but was pleasantly surprised when the price was much lower. I also asked if they would be able to do an oil change, and that also was not a problem. By 3:00 they called me to tell me that my car was ready. This was actually the first time that I've taken my car to a mechanic and felt totally at ease, they were so accommodating, so honest and fair, and did an amazing job. Highly highly recommended!!”
