“Best store that I have ever been to. Great customer service and great presence at the fitting rooms. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Thanks to all the HARD-WORKING associates!!! I wish there was a function where I could apply more than 5 stars ):”
“I have been a JCP customer my entire long life, and every year we would get our school clothes there. They always have great bargains and clothes for those of us NOT into high fashion, jeans and shorts and t-shirt's, they really have quality items at affordable prices. Shop using deals and you cant beat it.”

“Divanna helped me over the phone to work through replacing a pair of pants I bought. There were some issues sorting through order numbers and shipping addresses and she helped until she found a solution. I appreciate the time and care she gave!”
“I’m so sad that Gaps are mostly shut down! Only Aventura, Lincoln Rd and Dadeland! Online shops are the reason. But, if you purchase at the store (drive, park, walk took 1 hour on top of shopping) and need to exchange for a different size, you need to go back. Ugh. Wish I could return online. Can’t win.”
“I was so impressed by this kiosk! The choices aren't overwhelming, but everything is beautiful and made with very high-quality cotton and design-I was able to find a really nice baby 🎁 gift”
“Awesome experience, super helpful and friendly staff. Ask for Luz, she was awesome handling multiple customers at the same time and making all of us feel like we had full attention.”
“Simply marvelous service from Crystal at Janie and Jack today December 1, 2020. She managed to be of great assistance to me in a very comfortable yet professional way, while maintaining social distancing. I really appreciated her making my COVID-19 shopping at Janie as Jack still pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Crystal and thanks for the info on online shopping through the store!”

“Located on a 2nd floor, spacious enough, nice collection, only that the fitting room is very small and you always have to stay in the line. Besides that my favorite place to shop for a new fashion.”
“Good choice of clothes, my teenager found some nice pieces, but the store temperature is kept too high. For an Aventura Mall store, they should keep it more comfortable.”
