Caution they are FULL OF SCAMMERS at this location. We went to purchase a new phone under a payment plan at this location. The phone should have cost $674 after tax, but this thief charged us an extra $300 for items we did not request!!! I asked if all of the items were free and he said that it was included in the payment plan which I was shocked to hear. I asked for a receipt and he said that it would be emailed. We later found out he sent it to a made up email that we never gave him. The next day we came back and the other combative employee by the name of “Ana” apologized and said the reason he scammed us was because he was new, which made no sense whatsoever. She printed out a receipt of our transaction on a microscopic piece of paper that only showed half of the transaction but I was able to see that he had charged us for each “free” item that he added to the payment plan. For starters he charged $150 for a waterproof Bluetooth speaker we neither wanted or asked for. When I mentioned this dishonest employee she conveniently did not know his name. Another lie this con artist said was that the new phone had enough memory for all of our photos and applications even though it had less memory than our previous phone. When we transferred to the new phone, the memory was already completely full. This was after he said that based on what he saw, we didn’t need the same amount of storage to keep all of the pictures and apps. This entire staff refused to let us return this phone even though they lied about the entire transaction and said that it was an “upgrade”. Avoid these thieves at all cost!!! The district manager by the name “Mo” was entirely useless and unprofessional as well. They refused to even provide a complete first name when we asked for it and gave us nicknames to avoid any consequences for their terrible customer service and predatory business practices. The phone is not worth the headache and they will be hearing from my lawyer shortly!!!

I went to see what was happening with my sim card and the girl with green eyes seemed to have a demon inside her... all the time with her phone and sitting without seeing the phone settings she tells me she has to take it to a technician lol you got it You need a technician for that head. I went to another subway and they fixed the problem in 2 minutes. On the other hand, the other classmate, her name begins with M.., decided to kindly help me. My name is zakaria in case you have any doubts.
