The parking is terrible, 15 minutes waiting for parking, in the end I parked in one of 10 empty spaces (restricted for diabetics) and in two minutes a lady came to put a sticker on the car (private property) and my blood test lasted 5 minutes. It was that or miss the turn. Madam, have a good day.

My husband went to get some simple blood work at this location . He said the lady who drew the blood was super rude, very rough and didn’t not even responded to my husbands greeting etc. Thirty mins after the blood work his arm swelled up to the point that he had to go to urgent care . They told him they ( quest lab technician) went way too deep and damaged the muscle tissue . A week later the spot is getting bigger, more bruised and we are going back to the urgent care today !!!! Shame on you to have unqualified personnel, one thing if they font have personality or general social mannerisms, it’s another when you don’t have a clue to do the job right , and to not have neither one is appalling!!!!

This place is crazy to park, come 40 minutes early in advance. I barely found parking and was late with 10 people In a waiting room. No humans to help. No rescheduling even if you are late for 10 minutes. Will skip this location

This office is pretty fast with an appointment, if you are a walk in you will be there for HOURS! This is inside the Jackson hospital and really needs to paint the lines in the parking lot. It’s always packed and everyone double parks cause you cannot see the lines. Makes it very hard to park so don’t show up late!!

Wait room was incredibly crowded when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Nevertheless, they managed to call me in after only 10 minutes of wait time. Staff is friendly and professional.

Went to the 100 NW 170 St, St 204 location, but I will probably never go here again. I arrived at 1:07 pm but the system would not let me check in until 1:30 pm. I was not called until 2:05 pm. My armed hurt when I was poked and all night. When I arrived home a flush the area with hydrogen peroxide because it started getting some discoloration. Later, I applied some neosporin to the extraction area because it began to swell and turn very red and black. I'll go back to my old center.

This is the worst quest diagnostic location I have visited. Personal are unrespectful with their job performance. I dropped off my 4 months premature daughter's blood sample and they damaged the sample. As my daughter was anemic I had to collect again the samples because their irresponsibility to process the sample. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location at all. Parents And client in general, be aware of that!

If I could give zero stars I would. The medical professionals I have had the displeasure of dealing with so far. All the employees are rude and present a nonchalant attitude. They have no reception staff. There’s absolutely no way to verify if their system received the blood work order from your physician prior to you being called in. If they claim to not have your order in their system, you will have unfortunately wasted your time. I wasted 2 hours waiting in their office. Not one person cared to verify if my order was in their system from my physician when I asked. This office needs to have a customer service training and Quest needs to revisit the option of having a receptionist available so patients can verify their records. I will never return.
