“Customer service lady called me back,suggested for my technical issues to email the tech team explained I'd have my son do that when he's off work I'm not good at all that. She was so friendly, just waiting on my son..I'm excited for this car so is my granddaughter she loves the motor start button smiles all big.
Left front tire keeps coming off when test driving 2 times now. Trying to email but don't know the rma number and we don't have a company name. Tried to email w pics and problem so not to post here for everyone to see but I want it documented incase it needs returned hoping you can fix the issue .I've left messages please have a email that people can ask questions that don't require numbers we don't know what are or explain where to find these numbers. I provided order number.
I've had it now for 48 hours and can't enjoy driving baby around getting frustrated on this”

“Chloe at Build-A-Bear made my first visit absolutely amazing! I came in as an adult with my niece, and she made the entire experience feel so fun, welcoming, and special for both of us. She had such a warm and patient energy, and she took the time to walk us through everything without making it feel rushed at all.
What I appreciated most was how she made the moment feel just as magical for me as it was for my niece. It could have easily felt like something just for kids, but Chloe made sure we both felt included in the experience. She was helpful, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind the entire time.

Today they are in more than 100 countries and operate over 5,500 stores. This MINISO store on Lincoln Road is bright and inviting. Geared towards young people, the shelves are lined with pastel colored stationary, cups, plush animals, towels, accessories, phone cases, food storage containers, bags, socks, hair accessories, pet items, sunglasses, perfume, and collectible figures from Disney, Hello Kitty, and more. They had some Zootopia items to coincide with the new movie. They also had some fashionable sunglasses and a floral series of reed diffusers. There were several clearance areas for even more savings. My favorite section is the Asian snacks, candy, and drinks. I love the Ramune but this time I picked up a Popping Boba Strawberry Dragon Fruit Oolong Tea. I work with kids so it is always fun to check out the treats and toys at MINISO when I come across one.”

“I emailed the company multiple days ago with complaints on a few aspects of the vehicle that were defective. I have not heard anything back from them. It scares me that we bought a $600+ vehicle for my kids and it is broken and no customer service to help us. EDITED- After my original review, the company reached out letting me know they did not receive any of my messages that were submitted through their website. The company put me in contact with the production company. I was able to work with them to order the new parts I needed to fix the car issues. Please know that the weight limit of the product listed on their website may not match the recommended weight limit from the actual production company! In the end my toddlers do enjoy their "truck"!”

“The best Five Below ever! Fully stocked and superb customer service. I placed a pickup order but never received a confirmation that it was ready. When the salesperson, Tracey, saw what I was buying, she immediately stopped and asked if I had just placed a pickup order because she already had my items ready for me. Just like that, I was out the door with everything I needed!
Mind you, this happened only 10 minutes before closing. Tracey was so attentive, kind, and helpful. She even helped me at self-checkout right before closing. Amazing customer service!🥳🗣🥹”
