“As I approached the building the property was stunning. The pool looks clean and refreshing. The property looked clean and well maintained. When arriving Adrian, Natalie and Jessica were all very helpful in the process of helping me find my dream apartment. As a first time leasee I didnt know where to start however they pointed me in the right direction. I explained to them my situation as well as what I had going on. They showed me 2-3 floor plans and ensured that I loved the floor plan I would be residing in. I also had issues with their verification system and they reached out and worked diligently with me. Another big thing that I really loved is that when I viewed the units I viewed units that I would actually be residing in. Thats the best way to view your apartment! Thanks and cudos to this magnificent team! Im excited to live here!!”

“I must say West Dixie Towers is home for me. I feel safe knowing the bldg propety manager, Andrea, takes issue serious. She's very understanding when ever asking for help by letting tenants know maintenance will assist and also follow-up on complete task. I like that she communicate with tenants when keeping the bldg safe around holidays .There's monthly postings of inspections, the bldg is maintained by staff. Very friendly and helpful whenever.
