Excellent service from the two people I spoke with, Hugo and Maria. Also, extremely easy to do the whole transaction online, including signing the contract, getting access code, entering the space and finding the lock already inside. Would give them 6 stars if possible. One last thing, very competitive prices and the best I could find in miami in a 5 mile radius.

I need to store some items while transitioning to a new apartment. Nelson made the process to obtain a unit easy and fast. After reserving a unit online, I went in person to view it and was in and out within 30 mins.The facility was always clean and well maintained with low foot traffic. It’s located next to a fire station, so I always felt safe visiting the unit after hours.I would definitely recommend storing at this location.
