One of the better goodwills. The price gouging isn’t as extreme at this location and it’s fairly easy to find quality products. The staff is super nice and everything is organized.

The employees are ushering me to buy staff and coming close by, saying how beautiful it looks,(its really not) so many of the employees ( have to keep the store open, probably worried about their jobs), it’s unbelievable. The prices are crazy high, i hate my experience in there. Most of the clothes is extremely old and worn out, so that any of the decent looking ones they price super crazy high. They lost me as a shopper, can’t stand it. Youtube is full of videos regarding the GW high prices, everyone is taking about outrageous high prices at this company.

Their customer service should be better, I love this place but Friday 2/10/23 @ 4/5 pm I was there with my newborn, and my 2 daughters. I'm not a thief nor are my children. But to be followed by the employees while shopping was one thing then to be stalked and watched as I try to find a clean spot to change my son, I didn't understand where they expected me to change him while shopping if they have no baby changing station in the restroom !! Even as paying the middle aged white man gave me such a nasty energy, not polite or even a nice attitude. I honestly love to shop here but the employees I will not tolerate and having to change my newborn in my car outside was ridiculous. Everyone isn't out to steal or misuse the store. Smh I won't be back for a while or at all.

Everything very organized. Easy to find parking. Some prices are a bit excessive. I like to take my donations to this store, they have a drive thru at the back. For the most part it is an easy process, however , there is an employee that receives donations that wants all the item categories separate and she gets nasty about it.

Jillian or some may know her as GG really make this location special. She’s genuinely kind to everyone who walks and remembers you the next time you come. For example, I came many months ago but I went back in for the first time again yesterday and she comes up and says “Good to see you again” and we picked up our conversation from where we left off. She has incredible hospitality, leaving you feel so at home. This locations option for furniture is typically the best in the area, too. GG makes the whole shopping experience elevated while keeping the store so nicely kept together.

I love this place. I found hidden treasures as usual. A home security camera, a baby monitor, and Disney movies... I always come home happy.

Love this GW it's a minute from my house in Biscayne Park. Really the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the books range from $1 to $4 where most Goodwill's I've been to all books are usually a buck..Posted a pic of my latest find a $200 dress for $4!!

Best goods out of all the Goodwill’s in South Florida. Last time I went, I got two all saints designer shirts for 6 dollars a piece and a Polo Ralph Lauren Teddy Bear Porcelain Table Clock for $5 dollars, worth $250 on eBay. One of the best selections around and the best prices of any goodwill around, apparently all the merchandise from the Miami Beach donation centers goes to this store (always thought it was the one at 79th and Biscayne but nope). I very highly recommend this place.

I found an entire new wardrobe for $50. Buying 2nd hand clothes has a big positive social and environmental impact. Major environmental benefits of buying 2nd hand, lower greenhouse emissions, keep clothes from landfill, reduction of water and energy consumption, minimizing the use of hazardous substances.

They have taken to writing the prices on the actual clothing, not the tags in green sharpie! Not cool to deface your generously donated clothing like that! Goodwill South Florida is the only region in the entire country that refuses to use price tags. So cheap when you already get the donations for free. Spend a penny using price tags!

I paid a visit to this awesome thrift store. The employees are super nice, friendly, & welcoming when you walk through the door. The Inside is so...neat, the clothes are color coordinated, & it’s very clean inside. This is the second thrift store that I’ve ever walked into that was super neat and I’ve been to a few in Miami. Great place to shop.
