“Neil is the greatest employee ever. This is not satire. I genuinely mean it when I say he is the most skillful employee I’ve ever worked with in my life. I needed help with paint, he got me covered. I wasn’t sure what color, he got me covered. I told him I was concerned my paint wouldn’t last, he got me covered. This man is the LeBron of paint and I mean that. He knew everything there was to know. He even had all the patches on his jersey to prove he had experience and is the greatest to ever work for this company. They should feel blessed to have hired such an intelligent and skilled man, truly a master of his craft. Neil, I applaud you, keep it up. #likeaboss”

“We came in to get carpet. After waiting for a long time for an associate that had to be called over the loud speaker, he finally appeared. We were frustrated and ready to walk out, but Victor and Nisha were so helpful and apologetic. The store is definitely under staffed of no fault of these two wonderful and knowledgeable associates. Hats off to them. They got it done! Thank you.”

“I wanted to replace the internal doors in my home so I researched several local lumber companies. I ended up choosing Nachon because the prices were good and the reviews checked out. I chose well since the service was excellent both when ordering the doors and after having to return with one that was slightly too wide since I was trying to get away with not having to get it cut. Gina in particular went above and beyond the call of duty. I am in the process of doing many renovations to my home and if others had the customer service I received here then it would be a much more pleasant process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.”

I was fortunate not only to find them, but to meet Mario there at appliances section, a very professional person who was able to help me through the process to locate them, bring them down the shelves, bring a large cart to carry them out and processed the sale for me all with the most calm, helpful, relaxed and respectful attitude As I told him right there! thank you Mario for making a difference, I greatly appreciate it!”

“Went to this Home Depot because I was looking for something important that I needed at home. They had people there that were actually able to help me normally people that work Home Depot nowadays don’t care they try to avoid people, but this person asked me straight up if I needed help, and they walked me all through the store helping me out they even introduced me to other people there that were able to help me find the other items that I was looking for the manager of the store must know what they’re doing because other stores they have employees that run and hide and ref refused to help.”

“I visited your company last week with preconceived concerns because of previous reviews. Your sales lady, Yolanda, helped me immensely to choose top of the line bathroom fixtures that were not available in Home Depot or Lowe's. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of all the items reviewed. Your prices were quite reasonable considering the quality of the fixtures. I will recommend your company to friends and family without hesitation.”

“I just want to give thanks to your employee Isaiah and his partner who yesterday without hesitation brought down a pallet for me. Isaiah was 10 minutes from going to lunch and he took his time and helped me. I visit many Home Depot's and my experience most of the time from your employees when I ask for help is the same, like I'm bothering them. Isaiah and his partner can teach a thing or two to these folks. Thanks Isaiah!!”
