Was on the phone with them and both times the call dropped and both times they called me back at different times, and this happened with different customer service reps. I have been on the phone many times with other companies on hold or talking with an agent and for whatever reason the call drops and they never call you back. So 5 stars for providing Great Customer Service!! Your agents are also very nice and efficient in getting the job done, when it comes to customer concerns. “I recently purchased the Human Touch Super Nova from Relax The Back in Aventura, I must say this is one of my best decisions lately! When I arrived at the store I was in severe pain from arthritis in my hips and sciatica pain. By the time I left the store I felt great! Omar was so helpful, he set me up in the Super Nova. The massage chair is amazing! the relaxing sounds of a calm rain from the speakers had me so relaxed I actually went to sleep. I definitely recommend the chair and by all means ask for Omar.”
