“Upon arriving in the store I was greeted in a friendly manner. Shortly after, I explained my problem to Jonathan and he assured me that he could help me. After working with the settings, etc my phone worked just fine and I was so grateful as I am not knowledgeable about all things relating to the use of my phone. “I want to thank Nelson, I live in NY and my mother Janet is moving and had to get phone service unexpectedly which was the icing on the cake as far as her stress level. She broke down crying in the store today and Nelson came from behind the counter and calmed her down and gave her a hug. These days people are very selfish and rude. I have to say that Nelson went above and beyond his job duties and showed my mother compassion and empathy.
