“Upon arriving in the store I was greeted in a friendly manner. Shortly after, I explained my problem to Jonathan and he assured me that he could help me. After working with the settings, etc my phone worked just fine and I was so grateful as I am not knowledgeable about all things relating to the use of my phone.
