I placed an order and was charged on 4/12, today is the 24th and i still have not received my order. What's worse is the address of the store is literally a 10 min drive from the shipping address. The status has not been updated since the 16th saying its "moving through transit".. I'm wondering if they're scammers and will obviously never order from them again

They need to hire ppl that want to work. They say support blk business but the works make it hard. I asked the guy for some big jeans for men and he acted like he didn't want to help. Like if you don't want to do your job that their paying you to do stay home. Have no kind of customer service ?
