“Nick was great! His support on site made a world of difference! I made a reservation by phone and chose a great promo for a 10x6 unit. Turns out it was 10x6 at its longest but 10x2 in the opposite side (it was a funky corner unit), not exactly what I had needed the space for despite giving the agent on the phone the details of what I was storing. At the last minute and with my movers arriving shortly, I had to change units and they did not even offer to honor the price of the unit I’d reserved for a slightly bigger unit, a 10x7. Luckily, Nick at the North Miami location saved the day. He offered hospitable service, was professional and got me into the right unit and quickly! He turned a disappointing arrival into a satisfactory interaction and I’m happy with my new unit.”
