I’ve been customizing cars, trucks, and even boats for 25 years. I’ve never seen such high quality work and attention to detail as I have with this shop. I will never use another shop for any paint, body, OEM or custom work- just Auto Krafters from now on. Another point that sets them apart is that they communicate with their customers every step of the way. When you need and expect the highest quality work, they even exceed that. My project was a particularly challenging and heavy custom bumper. The paint color was a precision match, and the finish was concours-level show quality. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. “Owner/manager, Mark, has serviced my 2003 Jeep for about ten years now. It’s a model that can get some pretty crazy issues. Recently, I managed to let the engine overheat and ultimately it just couldn’t be saved as far as that goes. However, with a great deal of effort from Mark and his mechanic, Roberto, after replacing the engine and several other major parts, it’s running great finally. Countless issues were involved, especially since it’s so difficult to get parts on a 2003 Jeep. However, I’ve now had it completely painted. Looks like a new car and runs just as good ! Mark always gets right back with me ( and, admittedly, I can be just as high maintenance as my antique almost car!) he lets me know what’s going on, good or bad. And Roberto is diligent and patient and gifted. Hoping for another 10 years possibly with my little red Jeep , we call Lil’ Ruby…under their geriatric care unit. Lol … It is a great repair shop use…five stars, five diamonds. CHRISTOPHER.”

“As a professional writer and author, I'm not usually so surprised I'm speechless or at a loss for words. But that's what happened this morning when I went to Caliber Collision to discuss an estimate for repair. First, Camila jumped in to help me when other estimators were busy -- and she did it with a big smile and the intention of making my time efficient. Second, she didn't just discuss the estimate (although she was knowlegeable and full of detail there) -- she actually listened to what mattered to ME, and lead the conversation around my values, desires, and queries. Which means that instead of pushing me to repair things that didn't matter or were purely cosmetic, she told me the truth about what was essential and what wasn't from a safety and function POV. Third, she brought Larry, a technician, into the conversation. He jumped in with the same integrity, got under the car, gave me a detailed education on parts and function and helped me better understand my car and its damage so I could make an informed decision about what to do. And the whole time (during which they both were casual, non-rushed, and willing to answer every follow up question with patience), both Camila and Larry stayed focused on what was best for me, the customer. This is what builds loyalty. I wasn't even a customer yet and already felt like I'd made two real connections with people who truly cared about my experience. That's the kind of culture that makes you trust you're in the right place, handing your car over to the right kind of team.”

“Was in a dire situation. Engine Shield was hanging from the undercarriage on my 2018 Lincoln MKC and I am driving back to New Jersey tomorrow. Was referred to Irishman Auto as Complete Care of Jupiter was overwhelmed with work orders. Individual ( sorry I didn’t get his name ) asked if he could help me and once he looked at shield crawled under the vehicle and re attached the shield . Replaced some screws that had evidently fallen out .
This gentleman gave me and my wife such peace of mind as we really felt unsafe driving with the engine shield hanging . I am so grateful to this gentleman .”

“I would like to Thank Christian for making our new CX-70 S Premium Plus purchase for my Wife so enjoyable,, we walked in looking to get some numbers on some other trims we were interested in.. as he was speaking with his manager about what we were interested in at 1st,, i walked up to him and said my wife likes this one on showroom instead.. we had just left another dealer feeling pressured,, i talked to a few Dealers over the last week or so on phone but when it came to Numbers,, and not being pressured,, this Dealer and Christian made me feel more welcomed,, i even had another dealer call me while I was on site trying to match or beat their price and come to them instead.. but it was worth it to me to stay where I was.. because we felt welcomed and not hassled.. this is our 1st Mazda..
