“I had a superficial scratch on one side of my new car. The dealership recommended I visit here and I made a phone call to make an appointment. The receptionist was polite and upbeat, a good sign. I show up a few minutes earlier, fill out a simple paper work and introduced to a polite young man. He turned out to be the owner Nick later on but I didn’t realize at the beginning, he is a very down to earth person. We move to my car for assessment and I explain my situation including the insurance and preferred method of payment. My car was looking brand new in no time and I could have not been happier. If I need my car serviced in the future, I am definitely using his service again. I recommend with confidence to my friends. Thank you again!”

“Amazing business being a truly down to earth and honest small business. Sean is by far not only the most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with, but his knowledge and skills are becoming increasingly difficult to come across even at dealerships. He's worked on 3 different vehicles for me ranging from 2 daily drivers to 1 high end, high performance luxury vehicle. His skill set is extremely broad and I'm confident he can fix anything on any vehicle from standard cars/trucks/SUVs to high end, luxury vehicles, high performance vehicles and exotic cars/SUVs. He uses OEM parts and has training and certification to handle anything that is brought to him (I belive he started with his training, certification and skills on high end luxury vehicles before branching off to his own shop). He can handle anything from repairing or replacing parts to autobody work and was able to diagnose and repair an issue on my luxury performance vehicle that was at the dealership for several weeks and they were not able to figure out the issue. Aside from the incredible level of quality, he treats every vehicle as if it was his own and has never tried to up sell or do things not needed. Very, very honest and transparent and takes a lot of time to fully explain everything to be done, why it needs done and a very realistic time frame as when to expect to get the vehicle back. He is honest and upfront with pricing (not to mention much more cost effective vs dealer or other shops) and obtains parts from same suppliers as dealers but doesn't up charge for parts or crazy high service fees. That said, I can't compete the review without mentioning his wife Rebecca who is the business manager and as amazing as Sean is. She's incredibly thorough and very easy to work worth. With my busy and unpredictable schedule, she easily makes changes, is in constant communication with updates and ensures the vehicles are ready when promised without any surprise fees or unexpected add on services/charges. As a team, I can not praise them enough. If you're still reading this review, I hope I've help guide you to the only shop I trust to work on any of my vehicles. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them for evaluation, even if under warranty, as Sean will be able to ensure the issue to be fixed is correct and can have it repaired, in my opinion, better than the dealership. If any issue with your vehicle, I know without any doubt, it will be in your best interest to have Sean look at it (even before or after the dealership or another shop). They are true professionals, highly skilled, honest and would not hesitate to take any vehicle to them from classics or daily drivers to high end luxury or exotic vehicles. I've been to many dealerships over the years and many other shops and none compare to Sean and Rebecca. Even though I hope to not need repairs or body work any time soon, if so, your shop is the only one I trust. Thank you both for everything.”

“Owner/manager, Mark, has serviced my 2003 Jeep for about ten years now. It’s a model that can get some pretty crazy issues. Recently, I managed to let the engine overheat and ultimately it just couldn’t be saved as far as that goes. However, with a great deal of effort from Mark and his mechanic, Roberto, after replacing the engine and several other major parts, it’s running great finally. Countless issues were involved, especially since it’s so difficult to get parts on a 2003 Jeep. However, I’ve now had it completely painted. Looks like a new car and runs just as good ! Mark always gets right back with me ( and, admittedly, I can be just as high maintenance as my antique almost car!) he lets me know what’s going on, good or bad. And Roberto is diligent and patient and gifted. Hoping for another 10 years possibly with my little red Jeep , we call Lil’ Ruby…under their geriatric care unit. Lol … It is a great repair shop use…five stars, five diamonds. CHRISTOPHER.”

“I arrived without an appointment with my vehicle that I need front end damage done to. I had to wait a little because the staff were in a meeting. The front desk associate was extremely kind and pleasant. Offered coffee and a snack while I waited. I was greeted by another associate who looked at my car and took my insurance adjuster information. All this in less than 45 mins. I had my car repaired and returned within a week. The cost was exactly what the insurance company provided. No out of pocket cost except my deductible. And the repairs were phenomenal. I highly recommend for an easy and smooth experience.”

Now, 6 years later my paint started peeling, so I contacted Crash Champion's corporate office, and requested that they repair the car under Signature's lifetime warranty...they did not hesitate to honor the warranty and repaired my vehicle for FREE! Freddie and the rest of the staff were exceptionally courteous, professional and patient...they ensured a stress-free experience.
