“Just spoke with Mustafa at the pharmacy. He called back quickly, had all the facts and has transferred the prescription within two minutes. So this leave VM is both efficient and responsive (C-Suite, gold star for Mustafa). Five star for sure (Mustafa gets SIX). As such from an experienced customer can state that AETNA/CVS is fantastic. Clearly better pricing and efficiency. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Interim review - 3 star pending follow up.

Will agree (at a minimum they seem atretched)that activities much easier elsewhere are more difficult here. Just got a new prescription that at competitor (Walgreens) I get pharmacist (generally staff) on phone and get things done. At CVS ALWAYSa voicemail. Moved from Walgreens as we moved from United Healthcare (they quit VA) to Aetna and can state that CVS has noticeably better pricing, so will update to four or one/two depending how they resolve this simple task. If VM is efficiency step (if they call back and based on detailed VM say all is done) leading to better pricing I will note and compliment. But if another impediment to service I.will note that too. Interesting review, climax to come. Update soon. At least an honest real life test of CVS vs their top competition. Fingers crossed.”
